"I have ordered this wood for since 2013. Yes it is the best wood I have ever used for my Q’. I am a grill master in my town. I get raving reviews on my food and I chalk it all up to using this wood. Recently, I placed an order on March 17th 2019 and at best the company workers are lying to me about the status of my order. On April 23 I have yet to see my order being proceeded or delivered. I have only been able to reach a live person 4 times after numerous call. Each time the kind person tells me my order is shipped and on the way. But I am never able to get a tracking # nor does my order arrive. In fact the last representative I spoke to commented on how surprised she was that I have not received my order since they have the product in stock and that she would send it right away. Sue stated that she would also call me back to let me know what happened. Yet here I am again another week without receiving my order and my account say awaiting fulfillment. How disappointing. If they can not process my order they should give me money back $70. For 30 lbs of wood and let me be on my way. I am a hard working citizen trying to do honest business."
