"We smoked 25 whole chickens for a family reunion. I’m sure it wouldn’t have turned out as well as it did without Sabrina’s knowledge & advice. Not to mention the Top Notch customer service we received. We were on a tight time line and a long drive ahead of us. Sabrina & crew went over and above to get the wood ready for us on a short notice. Our guest couldn’t believe the smokey flavor the chickens had. "Holy moly. Fantastic service, prompt delivery, reasonable prices (especially for the busy season). They delivered 2 18" x 4' x 7' racks, loaded them right into my garage. No hassle, no stacking. Delivery guy was very friendly. The wood is well seasoned and clean. It burns at the right speed – Their larger oak splits took 2 hours + to burn in my fireplace and I like roaring fires. Quality stuff. I've found my firewood folks."
