"My experience with Kyle's was great. I showed up at their office at ~1400 on a Tuesday afternoon in early October. Told them that I needed firewood for an indoor burner. The lady behind the counter was ready to help right away - answered the few questions that I had and showed me clearly what I could expect to be delivered. When I told her I was hoping to have it delivered that same day, she didn't think it would be done but took my information and told me she would call me back shortly with an answer. I left with a price of what everything would be. Sure enough, she called me in about 15 minutes and told me to expect the delivery to happen in an hour. I got home in about 50 minutes to find that their truck had just arrived. He CAREFULLY dropped the load in my front yard where I asked him to, gave me the invoice and took off. While transporting the wood from the front to the back yard storage, i noticed all pieces were approximately the same length, but there were many different sizes otherwise. This was just fine with me as i could have split up many of the pieces to be smaller as i start building the fire up. There were some very large pieces as well, it'll just give me something to do splitting them up over the next couple weeks. My ONLY negative is that I got gouged on the price...BUT what can i expect?? If i were smart i would have done this back in the spring, not wait until the demand was high. I do feel that the delivery price was a bit high for just having to go 1.5 miles, but again, they came out within 1.5 hours of me stopping by and asking for the job to be done. I'll use them again when i need wood next - from speaking with the woman up front first thing (great customer service) to the handling of the delivery (dropping with care) and the material itself, i was happy with all of it!"

"The people are very nice. The wood is good hardwood. This time of year weather will affect delivery. Up here, patience is the key word. Plan ahead. I highly recommend them. I requested wood boiler lengths and most of the wood is a consistent 16". The price for a full cord was reasonable. Mel was able to drop the wood right in front of the wood boiler."

"Very disappointed in my wood delivery. First of all, his prices are above the normal local pricing. Then I was shorted 30 percent of my order, plus overcharged by $37. Kyle promised to make this right. I have placed more than a dozen phone calls hearing every excuse in the book why I didn't get the rest of my wood and this has been almost 2 months and I am still waiting. Guess I will have to settle this in court after all. :("
