"Excellent quality products, great punctuality and communication. I had firewood delivered at a fair cost for delivery and material with the best seasoned hardwood I picked up all season. "Tried to do some business with him/this business. Delivery was suposedly going to be VERY VERY fast, as in they clamed they could deliver to me an hour and a half after I first started talking to them before they even knew my address, even after I told them my address they said they cold, and its nearly a 60 mile drive (in the winter here in northern Michigan mind you) told me it would be $500 for 2 FULL cords not face cords, however they would not set up the delivery till I paid up front through Venmo, Cash app, Zelle, or apple pay. Sounds a little fishy to me. I asked about COD, or anything like that and then was told they wont schedule a delivery till after the business has a deposit made. Sorry with all the negative reviews about this place, and never had done business with them, along with everything that was being said I feel like I was being scammed. My normal places I do business (reputable businesses) issue me an invoice at the time of delivery and request payment. I pay, they unload. So Im not saying this place is a scam, maybe its lagitimate but sure gave me a very uneasy feeling."
"We bought a gigantic bin of kindling from Kyle's for only $35 and it is the solution to our fire issues for winter. A lot of firewood around here is just not fully seasoned when you get it so its hard to start a fire. With this kindling bundle we got from Kyle's, starting a fire with any kind of wood is super easy now. We are really grateful and will get this kindling bundle every year now. FAbulous."
"My experience with Kyle's was great. I showed up at their office at ~1400 on a Tuesday afternoon in early October. Told them that I needed firewood for an indoor burner. The lady behind the counter was ready to help right away - answered the few questions that I had and showed me clearly what I could expect to be delivered. When I told her I was hoping to have it delivered that same day, she didn't think it would be done but took my information and told me she would call me back shortly with an answer. I left with a price of what everything would be. Sure enough, she called me in about 15 minutes and told me to expect the delivery to happen in an hour. I got home in about 50 minutes to find that their truck had just arrived. He CAREFULLY dropped the load in my front yard where I asked him to, gave me the invoice and took off. While transporting the wood from the front to the back yard storage, i noticed all pieces were approximately the same length, but there were many different sizes otherwise. This was just fine with me as i could have split up many of the pieces to be smaller as i start building the fire up. There were some very large pieces as well, it'll just give me something to do splitting them up over the next couple weeks. My ONLY negative is that I got gouged on the price...BUT what can i expect?? If i were smart i would have done this back in the spring, not wait until the demand was high. I do feel that the delivery price was a bit high for just having to go 1.5 miles, but again, they came out within 1.5 hours of me stopping by and asking for the job to be done. I'll use them again when i need wood next - from speaking with the woman up front first thing (great customer service) to the handling of the delivery (dropping with care) and the material itself, i was happy with all of it!"
