"This company is working in some woods are that our private maintained rd leads to ,very unprofessional company, the workers are flying down the rd in there semis and 3/4 ton trucks ,had no permission to tear up our private rd that myself and my neighbors paid for ,I went out to talk to a crew member named Adam his coworker threatened me and tried to start a fight ,threw his coat to the ground and got all belligerent..bad company no respect for surrounding community .."
"I am extremely displeased with the "dry" wood I received. It seems the wood has not been properly seasoned and could very well have been cut immediately before delivery. A significant amount of time - exceeding three hours - is necessary to achieve a decent fire. The audible sizzling sounds are a clear indication of excessive moisture. As a result, I will not make any future purchases from this supplier and will recommend that my friends who use wood-burning appliances explore other options."
"I'm not sure about your products, but your driver that almost forced my wife and I off the road is cause for a 1 star review. The drivers represent your company. This driver was also driving 10 miles an hour or more above the speed limit, and was cutting other vehicles off. I have a date, time and a photo if the license plate (only because this speed maniac was stuck at a stop light) in case anyone from this company cares enough to ask for it. This driver is going to harm someone."
"Paid 70 a face cord for 10 face cord, 700, plus delivery fee, for seasoned oak, got a truckload of green maple, most pieces had to be split again! I tried calling back twice, no answer! Finally reached Rob now, he said in 9 years he has never had a complaint!! LOL 6 months later, the wood is still too green to burn!! Do Not Buy From Them!!!!"
"If you’re looking for Firewood for your indoor wood stove, don’t go here. About 50% of the pieces are way too big to even fit in the stove. I told them what it was for and they said it would be fine. NOT! I tried to talk to them about it and they haven’t returned my call. Now I have to split 5 out of 10 cord myself :("
