"I have bought Kirtland pellets for the past four years and I bought my stove at Smart Energy where I buy my Kirtland pellets but this year has been a nightmare. My pellet stove stopped blowing heat after using Kirtland pellets so they came out and fixed my stove and what they had to do was clean out my blowers. After he left I ended up having to call him three days later for the same exact thing I had a bag of my Kirtland pellets sitting next to the stove and he told me that my pellets were messing up my stove because they were so bad they were nothing but mush and dust. So I asked him why am I paying you to fix my stove after I use the pellets that I bought from you so he talk to his manager Jon and they refunded all my money because of the pellets messing up my stove. This all started happening after I had already put a ton and a half of pellets through my stove and my blowers were working so hard to work with all the debris from the Kirtland pellets. The week after I got my refund my blowers went again this time they weren’t gonna work again because of my Kirtland pellets so now I haven’t had any heat since January because these people want $750 for me to fix my stove when the Kirtland pellets are what destroyed my Blowers and I refuse to pay it. So now after working with them for two months I am cleaning my Blowers and figuring out that Kirtland pellets are terrible they come up with my auger is bad so they don’t have to fix it. Now I tell you in two months that they have been repairing my stove from the Damages caused by those Kirkland pellets not once have I ever heard of a augers Why is it When people know they’re at fault and they took the responsibility upfront and do the right thing but when it comes to actually repairing what they have obviously broke then they don’t do the right thing. I just want to add my stove was built in November 2014 I had it installed in 2015 so it’s not that old And by the way my auger works just fine it’s the only thing in the stove that does work.When do people stop taking advantage of other people. I hope this never happens to anyone else. TBC"
