"Update**. Good costumer service as you can see from reply. We picked up another load this evening and it was all dry. Thank you for making it right! Took alot of the wood awhile to dry out last time. Now we know to call for delivery if there's a big storm around the time we need to pick up. Just went to pick up at the self serve and the wood is wet and covered in snow but we didn't realize it until my husband took a little off the top because they covered the top with dry wood. We are paying full price but not happy about this wet wood. Hopefully our house doesn't smoke up. It would be one thing if they didn't try to cover it up.. would be nice if the tarped it."
