"Christian was great to work with for getting our firewood. We are in a campground where we can’t have firewood delivered. He worked with us so we could pick up the firewood, which he had placed in small bins. This made it easy for us to load the bind in the bed of our truck, bring back to our campsite, dump and stack it and then return the bins back to his location! The firewood is well seasoned and burns without a problem! We’ll be choosing to work with Christian for all future firewood needs!"
"We were in York for Thanksgiving and called to order one stack of wood for the weekend. The wood was outstanding and burned so nicely. The service was top notch, with the wood arriving as advertised. Christian insisted on dropping it in a location that was the easiest for us to access from the house. He followed up several times to confirm the best delivery and pick up times. Venmo made the payment upon delivery so easy. "I can’t say enough good things about Seacoast Firewood- I only wish we had found them sooner. Christian went out of his way to provide me with an education not only about the firewood that he sells, but about all firewood. We had recently purchased 1/3 cord (“seasoned” from another supplier) for use in our fireplace and outdoor firepit, to find out after the fact that it was only semi-seasoned. Christian came with his moisture meter, helped me identify which wood we could use and which we should continue to let season, and delivered us the best quality firewood we have ever used. The size and quality of each piece combined with the burn time and BTU output is exactly what you need for the perfect fire, every time. They offer extremely convenient size and delivery options; I was relieved to find such a great product from a locally owned, family oriented small business. As long as I live in Maine or New Hampshire, I will be a customer!"
"Wow!! Now that is what customer service is all about. I reached out via email the morning of 5/7/2021 and Christian responded right away. I ended up calling him directly to set up the delivery and he was extremely accommodating(placed the wood exactly where I wanted it in the yard) and really went the extra mile for me. The wood was delivered the same morning and I cannot wait to have a fire and enjoy the weather. Seacoast Firewood will be my go to for wood in the future.
