"I have been using these pellets for the past three years. The local dealer suggested I try them. Compared to previous pellets these provide high heat output and ash build up is slower meaning I don’t have to clean the stove as often. I have been very satisfied with them. But the past two years the pellets do not evenly fall down the hopper. Many remain on the sides. I have cleaned the sides of the hopper of the residue and for a while they flow more evenly. But then the sides of the hopper become ‘sticky’ with incomplete emptying of the pellets. I deal with this as I feel the pellets are superior. I have a Harmon XXV stove and not sure from the stove and or type of pellets."
"Been burning Woods & Sons pellets from the beginning, I've gone through many different companies and these are the best, high heat, and very low ash. This yr I went astray for cost reasons and was very unhappy with both different pellets I bought, 1 was hard wood had very high BTU but very high ash, the other was a mix with very low BTU and very high ash. Wood & sons had less then 1/2 the ash content. That's what happens when you try and get a bargain Will stick with Wood & Sons"
"I’ve been burning Wood and Sons pellets since 2021. This winter I bought 3 tons of pellets. 3 weeks ago I opened my third ton and the first 20 bags were sticky and the pellets were not going down the feeder making my stove to shot off. I had to push the pellets down. If they continue like that I’m gonna change to a different pellet company."

"I got 2 tons of wood and sons pellets and they are absolutely awesome. I had some 8 bags, from another manufacturer, and I burned them at the beginning of the season to use them up. I had to clean out my Harmon ever other day. With W & S I can easily go a week within shutting down to clean. Next year I am going to get the 20 lb bags. I'm not getting any younger."
