Read all 66 reviews on Google"Called this location two months ago for a pellet stove servicing and was told I would receive a call back (I didn’t), called again today to confirm that I had an appointment scheduled for some time in the near future, as the cold seasons were quickly approaching and it’s our main source of heat. The person on the phone abruptly told me that I was on “work order” but couldn’t give me a date, price, or time for an appointment and just consistently referred to it as the busy season (that’s why I called during the summer). They were unwilling to recommend another business or provide me with anything to work with or plan for. My next phone call was to another location (farther away) and I already have a price estimate and a date of service. Taking my business elsewhere."
"These guys were super professional, from the moment we walked through their doors. We are new to the area and needed what we thought was a new part for our pellet stove, turned out it just needed a GOOD cleaning! I just wanted to say THANK YOU! You guys were amazing."
"I really wanted to give a small business a chance. I brought my bike in for a new rear rotor and to get the front fork serviced. I didn't receive any phone calls after a week, so I called to check in. The service kit I had was for a fox 32 not 34 (100% on me). I said just go ahead and put my fork back on, I'll pay whatever labor for the fork and putting on the rotor. Another week goes by with no call. I called again and was told my bike is ready. When I showed up my front wheel, stem, and fork are in 100 pieces. I ended up just taking my bike (and box of parts). The entire reason I brought it in was to save myself the maintenance time. I could have done the rotor myself in about 15 minutes and now I'm still going to end up servicing my fork myself. I was without my bike for almost three weeks to get a rotor changed. Three week my buddy wasn't able to use my extra bike. I used to send everyone here, but unfortunately I'm probably done."
"UPDATE: July 2025, still no return call or email. Bought a stove from a competitor. May, 2024, still no return call or email. Original review: I went to the store to ask about purchasing a wood stove insert and having it installed. The man in the store seemed nice and interested, but when I emailed the measurements and photos to him several days later, he ghosted me. So I sent a followup email and filled out their "Contact Us" form on their website and even with Over a month of requests, they've completely ghosted me. They obviously don't need my business. But they could have at least given me the courtesy of a reply to any of my attempts to reach them."
"This is a review for their bike shop. These guys destroyed my crown race while attempting to install it, didn’t mention it when returning the fork to me, then refused to take any blame when confronted. Having worked as a mechanic for 3 years, this is either the result of not using the correct crown race setting tool or simple incompetence. It either case, it should have been brought to my attention, rather then destroying my equipment. A simple “sorry, we can’t do that” is completely fine, and I totally get that. This, however, was handled completely unprofessionally and left me with broken parts, wasted money, and an extremely bitter taste in my mouth. Don’t use this bike shop."
