"Doesn’t do what he says. Supposed to deliver wood 2/27 and cancelled the night before because of snow that started at 11:00 in the morning. Said he’d deliver Friday. I only found out that he had no intention to make good on that promise when I messaged him. He then blamed me for not being home on 2-26 because I had a long planned family trip. Incredibly frustrating. I’ve had bad service before, but this takes the cake. Edit: 2-28-25. Shortly after leaving this review, I received a couple very uncomplimentary messages from Mr. Bubier. I appreciate the immediate response to the review. It shows he cares."
"I just moved and when I called, he said he was booked until October. But he told me he'd probably have a cancellation and today he delivered 3 nice cords mixed hardwood. Great to work with, friendly and ace with dropping the wood right where we wanted it."
