"We ordered firewood, the gentleman was very nice. Delivery was fast, it came next day. It had rained the day before, the delivery person said to give it a couple days in the sun and it’ll be ready to go. It gets dumped in a big heap, it’s a full (generous) chord. We waited a few days in sun, then we stacked out of the elements but open to air. The wood would not stay lit and was hard to get going, we split a few logs open and a moisture reader averaged 30%. This isn’t safe to burn. We left a message with the company, they never returned my call. We won’t be able to use it this year and now all our wood storage areas are full. We called another company and they brought us firewood, it lights easily and stays lit, moisture reader is 15%. I appreciate the delivery, the kind service, I wish they would have returned our call."

We asked for 16" seasoned hardwood and that's exactly what we received. And CLEAN! The last cord we ordered from an "other" Monson-based firewood provider was covered in mud and cow manure. Great product & service RT Smart!"
"Great place to buy firewood from! Ordered a cord a week or so ago and they got it out to me in about a day. Very fast delivery!! Great hardwood mixture as well. Moisture content was fine as well on average it was about 18% some lower some a little higher. I will buy from them again in the future for sure."
