"If you want to get what you paid for, GO ELSEWHERE. I ordered a rick of wood to be delivered last week. I was not present when they delivered 75% of the wood. When I received a photo of what was delivered and called back to ask if the order was complete-- because I paid for a 4X8X2 stack and was left with a 4X6X2 stack-- I was told it was a mistake. They thought my firewood holder was 4X8X2, which in all fairness is a mistake that could happen; however, I would not expect that mistake from someone who runs a business delivering and stacking generally either 4X8X2 or 4X8X4 piles of firewood. Regardless, I was advised that they would deliver the remaining wood the following day. I gave them the entire next day to drop my wood off. When it was not delivered, I called and was told he was "just about to call me" and that they had a guy out delivering at the time and he would drop it by. I was advised if it was not dropped off by the end of the day, it would be dropped first thing Saturday morning. Still no word and no wood. A good portion of the wood that was delivered is not "pieces" of wood, but rather 1/4s and 1/3s sections of the trunk that no one could be bothered to split further AND it is not seasoned as advertised. At this point, I would just like my $25 back. Based on my experience however, I assume that's probably asking too much. Never anticipated ordering firewood could be such an ordeal. Good riddens."
