"I called and scheduled to have wood delivered on Friday. We shared information over phone and text about delivery. I later text to confirm time and about money. No response. I called no an response. My husband called they said they would call him back no return call. Ny husband left a message no return call.No wood delivered no communication."
"As a small business owner, I always work to let the owners rectify a less than favorable experience, you never know what is going on. We received two ricks of wood and they were extremely wet. To the point of steaming when we put them on the fire… my partner who called and texted about the quality - Bob’s did not return his calls or texts. I called from another number, they did answer and then confirmed giving us a refund but never showed up on the day we scheduled. We are just going to keep the wood and season it ourselves at this point, it has been a huge hassle and not worth the premium we paid for the wood. We have since found another supplier that barn seasons the wood."
