"I spoke to Ted on the phone, and he was not crazy about delivering to NY location, but he agreed to deliver one seasoned cord of wood for $100 delivery charge. He asked me how long I would like the length of the wood to be, and I told him 16 inches. Well it was dusk when the wood came, and the wood on top of the trailer looked ok but it did look fresh cut. There were a lot of big pieces and short pieces. Almost all of the pieces needed to be split at least one more time. When I tried to burn it, it simply would not burn. Water was spilling out of the ends when I put it on a fire I started with other wood. It took me several attempts to get Ted on the phone. When he finally answered, he admitted that the wood was not seasoned "What am I gonna do about it now?" but did not offer to do anything about it. The wood was not cut to length, was not seasoned, and was not split enough. I suppose that I'll split it all again and burn it next winter. Ted is not an honest man. I would never do business with him again under any circumstance. I wish that I had read the previous review, and it would have saved me the trouble. I paid $350 including delivery."
