"Pleasantly surprised with the kindness and great service I got here. I expected some grumpy old man or confused younger guy to bring me the wood, get the money, and get on their way. I got a HUGE amount of wood for an EXCELLENT price! I was called to figure out a time for the wood to be DELIVERED (which is like the best part because having anything delivered instead of having to go out and get it is SPLENDID) and then I just waited for the arrival of the truck. The man who brought the wood was super friendly and helpful. Really seemed like a good guy. He dumped the wood out of his truck where I told him to, we chatted for a bit, and he left with some money in his pocket and one satisfied customer.
