"I wanted a direct flow offset for some time. I started looking at options and of course saw all the larger manufacturers across the country, as well as what was available in TX. What I envisioned was a unit built from a propane tank that was beyond its useful life. I found A&L online and reached out, and immediately felt comfortable. Adam was confident he could build exactly what I envisioned, and Laura was quick to get me a quote. The communication I received throughout the process was excellent. Adam was open and able to accommodate all of my requests, and the work he preformed was amazing. I received picture updates, as well as texts from Adam about the progress. My first cook produced the results I was looking for, and everything about the unit has exceeded my expectations. Thank you Adam and Laura!!"
