"Came in to have keys made and to pickup a few things. We were directed to the counter in back for the keys. My husband rrturned to the front to look at grills. The Weber Grill he wanted was not on display. There were two associates at the register carrying on a conversation.. Neither asked if he needed help. I waited 10 minutes to have keys made. While waiting an associate did wonder by and mumbled "he should be back shortly". My husband joined me. Right before we walked out, an associate said to my husband, who now was waiting, "I'll be there in a bit.The Sales associates continued to be busy talking and did not acknowledged us leaving. A person wearing an Allied shirt walked by us a few times. Maybe he wasn't affiliated with this store. That might be why did not offer his help. Having moved to West Salem, yesterday, this was our visit to this location. Obviously we left feeling frustrated and disappointed."
"It is my go to place for hardware, hoses and furnace filters. Staff is helpful, prices are fair, local and we support our businesses in town. My husband finds it very handy when he is looking for tools and items for the yard; soil, grass seed, dirt ."
