"What a horrible experience. We went to drop a plan off to be bid out and the salesperson was rude and condescending. We are building a cabin in Balsam Lake and wanted to use local businesses for our cabin. We wouldn’t have you bid out a dog house for us now with the way you treated us."
"Very disappointing experience. We have used ABC in the past and had excellent service. Most recently, we were working with ABC to draw up plans for a remodel. They were unable to meet our deadlines and ended up ghosting us. They have yet to call us back nor provide us with our plans. They stated they were swamped. We hoped to go with them to provide us with our lumber package and trusses, but we went with another company."
