"Bought 2 outdoor bar stools through a 3rd party vendor (Kohls). Shipped via Fed-Ex. They were delivered with 2 broken feet. I decided to try and skip Fed-Ex and Kohls and go straight to the manufacturer. What a pleasant experience. Fast and easy email exchange and they are shipping them to me free of charge. It never goes this easy! Hooray for SunnyDaze great doing business!"
"We are absolutely pleased with the customer service we have received! When taking out fountain down for the winter the port on the pump broke off in the end of the hose. We had just purchased the fountain (our second one) in April. I called on Monday to order a new pump and discovered it was covered by their warranty. We received the brand new pump today (Thursday) and there was absolutely no charge! Amazing service and considerate, competent representative help. Thank you so much and we will definitely order from this company for any future purchases of this kind."
"Update, the stand I had to buy in addition to original purchase came all scratched... Do you think anything will be done? Buyer beware! Bought a egg chair which did not come with a stand (I did not realise this at the time). I could buy a similar product for half the price eleswhere, so on the day i got it, I asked tor reuturn it. They stated that return costs would be $500!!! This in my opinion is nothing more than a scam!"
"I ordered a wooden curved hammock stand and a fabric hammock. There were issues with my order, the biggest being the shipping company damaged the product. Sunnydaze was so good at responding quickly and resolving the issues with the order. You don't see many companies with customer service like this. I like the hammock and stand and will definitely recommend them for the product and especially for the service. Every time I emailed them whether about the issue or checking on delivery, they quickly responded. Thanks!"
"3 tier fountain was delivered on Friday missing top bowl. I called Monday and by Wednesday I not only received at no charge the missing bowl but a complete fountain. Alot of company's talk service to there customers, Sunnydaze performs with no questions. Thank you S. Clark De Soto, Mo."
