"Can’t get parts on timely matter I’ll never do business with these guys again I just bought a 20-24 splitter and broke 3 months to get parts 3 weeks now no answer. Also waiting on a piece of glass for my conveyer 3-4 week now I have my company’s on hold now. So silly!!"
"A product is only as good as the service behind it. Brute Force has a long way to go. They build a quality machine, but they have 0 service to back it up. We purchased a 18-24 firewood processor in May and the 2nd time we used it one of the hydraulic motors failed. No big deal, that kind of malfunctions happen. When I called in I asked the owner whether there was overnight shipping on the part. Brute Force was unable to cover overnight shipping cost, so I ask if he could get a price for overnight for me, to which he responded that he would and give me a call back in 15 min. I never heard back from him. I tried calling back multiple times, and it just went to voicemail. I needed this part because I had rentals scheduled for this machine, but I had my hands tied because of the level of service I was receiving. When I finally got ahold of him, he said that UPS had left that day already so he didn't get me overnight pricing. There was no communication, or anything surrounding this issue. Four days later when i was finally talking with him he said he would reach out to there warehouse to make sure it went out that day, which tells me that there process for making things happen is very weak, if the owner himself has to follow up on things like this. I ask again for an overnight shipping cost but he had some lame excuse about UPS going already that day. He said that he was going to communicate with the warehouse to make sure it went out that day, though, so I'm not sure what he was meaning about UPS already leaving. Anyway, the whole time through the buying process and this issue I only spoke to one person that seemed to have a spirit of willingness to help. I feel this company's culture is on the rocks, and if they do not work for the good of their team members and their customers....it will not be able to be a generational company. I have had numerous people talk to me about purchasing a firewood processor and I will not be recommending them to buy a Brute Force. A product is only as good as the service behind it."

"I've used processors from 2 different manufacturers. This one is superior in many ways. We've owned the 18-24 for probably 5 years and used it to process a lot of wood. We have rarely needed the manufacturer for parts and when we did they were extremely easy to work with and fast. It's a great machine and I suspect we will get many more years of service out of it. I know I am probably cursing myself but I don't think we have had to replace a single hose yet. Changing the chains is very straight forward. The options of different splitting heads is nice and something we utilize. The machine feels very safe to operate."
"We bought an 18-24 Diesel and a firewood bundler from Brute force in February of 2022. Great company to work with. From the planning process and ordering, to taking care of us after the sale with any questions that we had. They have always been very responsive to our questions and you get treated with respect. Very happy with our purchase and we will be going to them again with a big log buster type splitter this fall. Buy with confidence from this company."
