"Had problems with the unit one year after install, was told the issue I had was common and to just disconnect and fuse wires together and the stove will work. I did that and it worked but the stove was $10k and I had to rig it together for it to work. Two years later the stove was leaking, called RE and after like eight calls he finally calls me back. Talks me through yet another band aid fix and then tells me to call him in ay so he can schedule a visit to fix. I called, texted, and messaged Central Boiler with no response from anyone. The boilers are garbage, leaks are common and they break down often. Warranty is garbage as well, was told that labor wasn’t going to be included, just parts, lol. Service was the worst I have ever seen, if your hell bent on buying one of these boilers, stay far, far, away from R E!!!!"
