"BUYER BEWARE. Bought a stihl ms251 chainsaw in 2022. The carburetor was a little out of tune so I brought it in to have them tune it up in June of 2025. A day later they messaged me saying it has "an air leak at seal" their exact words not mine. Also that it was "slightly low on compression and would need rings, cost to fix 500 dollars, new saw 429 dollars." mind you this chainsaw had only about 2 gallons of mix gas ran through it so far. The saws compression was spot on as expected after doing a compression test at home. Adjusted the idle screw 3/4 of a turn and Low screw accordingly, The saw runs perfect. I wouldn't trust these guys to service a kids toy much less my equipment. I was going to buy another product from them once they had the saw going but this interaction made me sick so I decided to take my business elsewhere. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BUY A NEW PRODUCT EVERY TIME YOUR CARB GOES OUT OF TUNE. P.S. I've run saws for 10+ years and learned how to work on them, I just brought my saw in to save time. They charged me 79$ for a compression test that was never completed and for them to say it was a bad seal, fraudulent to say the least."
