When I called the owner, Robert, he quickly became irate and was extremely loud. I repeatedly told him he was making a scene in front of the neighbors, and he replied, “I don’t care.” My husband asked him to stop speaking to me that way, and he still would not, leaving me shaken and uncomfortable.
