"Last week, I noticed that one of the large water oaks next to our house was losing bark. I took a picture, sent it to Woodland, and that morning Jeff was at the house to confirm that the tree was dying. The following Tuesday, the crew showed up on time, removed the tree, cleaned up the whole area and ground the stump so that the area is completely smooth. They even left me a stack of firewood! The professionalism of Woodland Tree Service, from start to finish, is amazing! PS: The final bill was under the estimate :)"
"Terran and his crew were the most professional, thoughtful and courteous people I have encountered in dealing with the catastrophe of the Oxford ice storm and its aftermath. We had a 125+ year old willow oak next to our house that lost multiple limbs during the storm but miraculously our house escaped major damage. The limbs each weighed several thousand pound. We contacted Terran and he immediately came by our house and looked at the remaining trunk of the tree 80 inches in diameter and its remaining limbs. Within days he and his crew were on site and removed our cherished tree in one day. He understood how much we Loved the tree and how much it was part of our life fabric and was so good in walking us through the process. The removal of the tree was dignified and honored the long life of the tree. The removal was flawless and truly a work of art. We cannot say enough good things about Terran and his people. "These guys are the best. I inherited one of Memphis's oldest Willow Oaks back in 2019 and the first thing I did was have Woodland Trees Service come out and assess it. They trimmed it up beautifully and gave it new life. The next year or so lightning struck the tree. Woodland came out and did a bang up job. About one third of the tree canopy had fallen, damaged my roof, and destroyed my car. I called Jeff at Woodland and he got a crew out there quickly and they cleared the mess on the ground, trimmed the damaged limbs, and immaculately cleaned the premises. Whenever I needed Woodland they've been quick to respond. Last year a huge branch fell in a wind storm and covered two neighbors' driveways. It was about 6 o'clock in the evening and I called Jeff. He got someone out there to make an assessment within minutes. Early next morning the street was cleaned up so people could get out of their driveways. I cannot recommend Woodland Tree Service highly enough. Jeff has always been immediately responsive. I depend on them."
