"Called on a sat about 10:00 and talked to Keith who seemed to be very friendly knowledgeable and accommodating. Seemed to know wood for firewood. Arranged to buy 1/2 face cord. He asked me to pick it up at 4:30 and text him right before I left. He said he needed to be out in the afternoon to do estimates. I told him that would be great. Texted him at 4:15 and tried to verify 4:30 still worked before I left my house. Texted him 3 more times up until 6:30 no response. Also called at least twice and left a message, no response. Called on Monday. Keith answered and I started to talk and told him I had tried on sat and he hung up on me. I called right back and got the voice mail again. I never heard back, assuming and hoping he would text or call but he didn’t. Below is my final text I sent on Monday. I can’t say anything about their work or quality of firewood only the lack of responsiveness. So obviously you don't want to sell me any wood. I was thinking we got cut off but obviously you hung up on me as I called back and no answer or call back. I was also interested in some underbrushing and tree trimming for my yard and corp property as well as my neighbor. Not sure why I am getting this treatment as I was excited to buy the wood from you as it sounded like you know wood and we're fair to deal with. I will probably need to post a review and maybe all the texts sent showing no response. Unfortunately I wanted to buy from you because of the positive reviews. Again, not sure why you told me to be there at 4:30 on Saturday when you had no intention of being there to sell me the wood, yet you picked the time. !!"
