"New Ownership Hasn't Skipped a Beat! I had the pleasure to work with Brittany over the phone and in-person, she was super patient with me, and helped me get the best value for what I needed. I had the pleasure to meet Terry as well, during my pick-up, he was super helpful answering some questions about the BBQ chunks for a pizza oven. Shout out to the gentleman with the new puppy who helped me load up, really great guy as well just forgot his name, sorry! Tell your friends to schedule a delivery, make a pick-up and to stop using "wet" wood that isn't kiln-dried! If you want service and quality that you can trust, ArborNature Firewood is en fuego!!!"

"I would have given this 5 stars because it is an easy dock to pick up at and the staff is wonderful and it's a nice quiet place back in the woods ...but there is no signage..very hard to find and go's takes you past the drive so be careful . There are no restrooms that I noticed and no overnight parking. DO NOT MISS THE DRIVE OR YOU WILL BE IN A MESS trying to find a place to safely turn the truck around. Best practice is to call ahead and maybe get some advice . but the best advice that helped me find it was it is DIRECTLY ACROSS from the school main drive . Owners should definitely provide clear signage to help trucks find it . The drive takes u back into the woods where the dock station is . The staff is willing to help u if u call ahead ."
