"Two stars for good customer service. But I’ve had problems with the quality of the firewood sold here. Last season I got 3 cords and two of those were mostly junk. Just bought some for this season and am finding one in every 4 or 5 logs is waterlogged garbage. Pictured example was fed into an EnergyMax furnace which had been burning at full temp for several hours and this log killed the fire and sat there hissing and steaming. This is that log 8 hours later. If I’m going to flush a fifth of my money down the toilet then they need to lower their prices since the quality seems to be circling the drain. The rest of my wood for the season will be sourced elsewhere…."
