"We just moved to Andover in November & this was our first time buying firewood. Ever. In our lives. I believe they took advantage of that fact. We called last week to inquire & Monday morning to finalize the order. They delivered Tuesday (yesterday) morning. We have been struggling to make fires with the wood so we called to express our concerns & they said the moisture percent would be below 30 & maybe it was a problem with our wood burner. We've been burning every day since November & never had a problem. We bought a moisture meter & inquired with Cherry Valley Furniture about what the moisture should be & they said between 15-20. Upon further investigation, all of the wood was 25-35 percent moisture. We reached out again to ask them to pick it up, which they responded something like, 'I told you over the phone that you're not gonna find seasoned wood' with no possible chance of a refund. So now we're stuck with wood we can't burn & out $350 for the cord & delivery. It's not good to run a business on lies & deception. Dishonor on you, dishonor on your cow."
