"My wife and I were looking to order a cord of firewood about a month ago and Cindy said that at the time they did not have any, but she took my information and followed through once they had some in stock. This was a wonderful surprise as it is difficult in this day and age to even get a returned phone call out of most people. Patrick brought the wood up on time and dumped it right where we needed it to be.
