"Poor communications / poor service / poor reliability. In Dec 2024 call for service and they said all booked until April; OK then pin me in. No service and call back. Called again in June; was told someone would call back that week. No call back and when I asked why, no record of my multiple requests. Finally was able to get a service tech out in Sept to clean and repair the stove (had not worked from Dec). It was cleaned and left running. Once that hopper was empty, it stopped working, and I cannot get ahold of anyone at the shop. I hope your experience(s) are better than mine."

"I just had a linear fireplace installed in April 2025, and it’s very professional work. I worked with Ken (one of the seniors in the company) and the guy was excellent. Very meticulous, very detailed and years and years of valuable experience. I would recommend anyone who needs a fireplace/stove to go to Alaska company In Bloomsburg and ask for Ken.
