"If I could give more stars I would, this company is amazing. I needed 2 willow trees to come down, I maple to trim, 3 stumps killed and new trees planted. We are still waiting for one tree to be planted only because the supplier was low and only had one good one. Carter, Colton and Dustin were amazing, the were polite, courteous and knowledgeable. They did an awesome job getting everything completed and more. I was getting and old partial chain link fence removed and the cut down all the brush surrounding it, they even did a small trim on my mimosa out front. This whole crew went above and beyond what hey needed to do, which is hard to find anymore. I look forward to receiving my second new tree and possibly seeding in the backyard for some grass. Thank you so much!!"
"Rickert did amazing job removing a very large elm tree and pecan tree between me and my neighbors home. They used a large crane and did no damage to my home. They also cleaned up my back yard with a large sycamore tree and oak tree. I would only recommend Rickets. I’m in the Realestate business and recommend the best at tree trimming or removal to my clients is very important. Holly"
"Price would have been OK if all of the work had been done they only trimmed half of my tree in the front and did not do any trimming in the back. They just used a Pole saw to get to the trimming that they could, but there is a lot of work that is left to be done. I think if it hadn’t been raining, they would have completed the job better the stumps on some of the Bradford pear trees need to be shorter or closer to the ground. I would’ve been completely satisfied if all of the work had been done, and if all of the debris have been picked up, plus I believe they were a little late. They told my husband they start about 7 AM so they arrived at 8:30 and started at 9:30. I believe I should have been given a discount since all of the work had not been finished. my first review Rickert tree service was correct but now I want to give another review the owner came out, looked over the property knew I wasn’t happy and they made it right the following Monday they came out finish trimming the tree that was half trim got the ruts out of the yard, added more dirt to the tree that they had grind cut the trunks for pear tree trunks down a little lower to the ground, and will come back and put herbicide down I must say what good service they have so if you need your trees done or your landscaping done, I can say they are a very Reliable-company and they do care. Thank you, Rick’s landscaping tree removal. I will be recommending you to other people. My neighbor already told me the tree looked very good in the front yard."
