"Do not buy skids of salt from Evans, Purchased (4) skids of salt for the winter and had it delivered. Every bag of salt was completely solid and after slamming each bag to the ground 75% of the salt was still solid. called Evans and they said to bring in the pallets to them ( of which I have no ability to do) and they would replace them. Sorry, NOT Sorry"
"I would give a 0 if I could. I ordered grass seed from this company and decided less than 5 days later than we were going to do sod instead. Bag is unopened and brand new yet they say they have 0 return policy which is insane. Don’t do business with this company every other company would do a return on a brand new product they could put back on the shelf and sell. Lots of other businesses to choose from pick anyone else. Spoke with a supervisor and it was laughable how bad his customer service was."

"Don’t buy firewood from Evan’s. It’s about the worst firewood I’ve ever ordered. I ordered their premium firewood with no kindling and practically got 90% was scrap wood, termite infested, small split, garbage wood. Very little was split properly and good burning hardwood. Will NEVER buy from Evan’s again!"
"I researched area companies that provide topsoil for delivery and it seemed that Evans would be the better choice for placing an order as I decided on a Sunday that I would like to get a dump-truck load (7cuyd) on that Monday. So I wanted to accomplish this by ordering via the website. The website was very easy to use and navigate. I ordered the 7 cubic yards and requested a Monday p.m. delivery. Once it was all inputted it said I was all set up for a p.m. delivery on Monday. It was easy, it was quick, so all I had to do was wait to see what the actual product looked like as it was a pricey type of topsoil I ordered. Would the delivery take place just 24 hours after I ordered? Answer is yes. I placed the order around 2 p.m. on Sunday and it was delivered by a friendly gentleman around 4 p.m. on Monday. If I had to say anything against this process whatsoever it might be the price. On the pricey side but wow the convenience and what appears to be a quality product?. Well I will be using this company again."
