"Camping at the Red House Ranch stands to be the perfect nature forward and farm fare centered experience. Pitching a tent on the peak of Ike and Dave's mountain top property offers a vast scenic back drop of the rolling Catskills. After radiant sunsets , the bold clear display of the night sky allows you to decipher your favorite constellations. The complimentary farm fresh eggs provide a natural full flavor that you just can't find at the grocery store. With a long list of grass fed and pastured options we chose the mild Italian sausage coil and a sirloin steak. These cuts were the most succulent and juicy pieces of meat to ever make their way across my grill. Searing them over the on site firewood and provided grate brought out the divine richness of the tender pork and beef. It was an epic eats experience. Lastly I would be remiss if I didn't mention the generosity of Ike and Dave. They perfectly accommodated our every need while giving us all the privacy we desired. They are wonderful communicators and great conversationalists to boot. Dave noticed my son's fascination with his ATV and as an act of kindness took us for a ride around the property. We were able to see all the homestead had to offer, including the animals they humanely raise with great care and diligence. The Red House Ranch has made it on my list of annual summer adventure locations."
"Whether you’re looking to camp at one of the sites on the ranch or just looking for fresh, delicious, humanely raised eggs and meat produced by nice, hard working people, you will not be disappointed. And let me give you just one example of the customer service you can expect from Ike and Dave. My husband and I camped at the ranch last year, and had again booked a site for the current weekend (Sat into Sunday), but when we arrived yesterday, there was already a motorhome on the site. Not sure if it was our mistake or a mistake with the scheduling on their end, but no problem…Dave simply grabbed a lawn mower, went up to another location on top of the hill and in 15 mins or so had created a nice, private campsite for us, complete with fire cauldron! We loved our site on top of the hill with its lovely views, and even enjoyed watching a rainstorm off to the east while we sat comfy and dry under the rv canopy. This morning we enjoyed some Red House Ranch fresh eggs for breakfast, and took home some steaks and hamburger for later use. Having purchased some of RHR meats in the past, I know we’re in for a treat. If you want quality meat products and the chance to meet and chat with the farmers who actually produce them, give Red House Ranch a try!"
"My wife, Christine and I stayed over night in our RV on their ranch. Beautiful location with nothing but rolling hills, trees, flowers and a pond to look at. More importantly, the animals have plenty of room to graze. It is good to know where the high quality beef and pork come from and it is delicious. We look forward to ordering more food products through there delivery service."

"Great location. Excellent hosts. I’d recommend this campsite to any individuals or families looking to get away for awhile. I’d also highly recommend the eggs, Canadian bacon, and Italian sausage for your camping meals - or to bring home. They were excellent. I’m eager to find an opportunity to go back."
