"Small job, two hardwood trees, not large, but tall. Answering machine. He returned call and we made an appointment. No show. I waited a day or two and called back. Made a second appointment. Again, no show. He never called back to explain. Called Arbor-Ops Tree Services. Out the next day and gave estimate."
