"This is the worst place to spend your money, please don't waste your time and money going there. I bought one yard of White Stones 3/4 size; when I asked for the amount Meagan said, "Let me check if we have enough of that". She went around the back and came back and took my order. The next day 5/1/2025 they delivered the Stones which had about 90% 3/8 Stones and 10% 3/4 Stones in it. They simply did not have enough 3/4 Stones so they just added 3/8 to the order. I called the store and spoke to the same Meagan, she was so NASTY I couldn't believe it was the same person I saw the day before. She literally said all our sales are final which is on the receipt. She then hangs up the phone. To be clear, that's not on the yellow receipt she gave me. Now the tiny stones are laying in my driveway which I can't use because they are way too small and I paid $265.47 for the 1 yard of stones to be delivered to my home. PLEASE SPEAR YOURSELF TO TROUBLE AND DON'T SHOP AT THIS PLACE. If I had read the reviews about MULCH MART I would not be out of so much money today without the items I need. THEY ARE SIMPLY THE WORST, RIGHT AT THE BOTTOM OF ANYWHERE ONE WOULD WANT TO SPEND THEIR MONEY!!! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY BY GOING THERE!!!!!! LOOK AT THE PICTURE BELOW, THAT IS NOT 3/4 STONES!!!!"
"Horrible customer service, instead of asking if I needed help I got yelled at by a horrible women for walking in the opposite direction, then she accused me of saying something under my breath (which I didn’t) and gave my husband attitude. If you looking to buy anything and are enjoying your day looking for things to make your home better go somewhere else because this husband and wife duo will ruin your day!"

"Don’t waste your time there. I overestimated how many bags of mulch I would need. I went to return them, only to find out that they don’t except any exchanges or returns. Dare a person not make a mistake. I guess we’re all perfect. They say that offer a better deal for much than Lowe’s or Home Depot. At least, they will take it back. It’s on the receipt that they don’t take returns and maybe I should have noticed.it. But date you notice it after you purchase it. Dare they not think to have a sign when you come to the building or cashier. And dare they not tell you before you make a purchase. Never will I go there again. And you can spare yourself too. We can see from negative reviews that are even from a year ago about these very same issues still going on, that they either choose to not read them or reply to them, that they don’t learn a single thing. Real professional."
