"Ordered from The New York Firewood Company for the first time on 12/18/25 was told they were pretty booked most of the weekend. received two emails keeping me informed and with delivery schedule was surprised that I was to receive my delivery on Sunday the 21st at 12:30ish. I was even more surprised when i got a call around 9:00am saying be there in 10 mins(it was less than 10) the guys were very friendly and helpful. They brought the wood further down my driveway than i asked them to and even loaded up my wheelbarrow with a load and stacked the rest in a nice neat pile, I thanked them very much for saving me from doing extra work when i told them i didn't wanna take up too much of their time and they could just put it where ever was easiest for them in the driveway. From ordering on their website to it being delivered it was just the most pain free experience I have had in awhile with a local business. So thank you for that, looking forward to placing a larger order in the future and many more!"
