"Always prompt, polite, great communication. Each winter he makes certain to ask what stove I have, so he knows what size cuts i can burn. Checks to see if I still need those large pieces and heavier cuts for overnights or long work days. After delivery while we chat ... he will confirm its still manageable for me (I'm not getting any younger, lol). Thanksgiving ... his equipment needed repair in the middle of processing my order. He called to let me know he would be the following day. Then worked hard to get my firewood to me before the holiday and our first heavy snowfall. I even laid out driveway cloth for him to dump it on, my firewood was perfectly placed on it. None in driveway or off mark. Hands down the most respectable firewood guy in the north country. Highly recommend"

We have NEVER had a problem burning the wood., it’s always been seasoned and cut to the right length. Rob always returns my call within 24 ( usually the same day). They always have been reliable and delivered when needed. Great family owned business."
