"This is a review of the one star “Eddie thyberg” We have been dealing with B&B for years and never had one issue. As a business owner I could totally understand if a customer is rude to staff and a company does not want to do business with that customer. I totally do not blame B&B at all for refusing service to you Eddie. And then you have the indecency’s to leave them a one star review based on that."
"We have been getting our firewood from B&B for a few years. We order it in the spring time so that is is stacked away, seasoned and dry when the cold weather blows in. Great hard wood at a reasonable price. Nice sized logs that fit well in our wood-stove, and always courteous and friendly staff."
"I am new to Cairo, moved from just the other side of the river. So I would have been a new customer however they refuse to do business with me due to the fact that I have called 4 times since April 11th to try and find out when they maybe able to deliver the 8 cords I wanted delivered. I did this because I was told I should call back every couple weeks to inquire about that. But the lady I spoke with last said I'm harassing them and took me off their delivery list."
