"I feel very guilty about not posting a review 20 years before but I have received my wood at a time in Washoe Valley, NV almost every year. I have always received as promised and the same with the friends and family I have recommended. I was educated on the product and the measuring by the owner now I would stay away from the other cutters that just sell scraps, wet, dirty mixed and bad cut wood. For the last 20 years I leave a check for the load and it is placed where I wanted it. I love the cuts are also clean, no bark and no rotten wood... the right size and always got a great deal of a proper measurement of the wood."
"We called to find out the price of wood. When asked if the 8x4 size was equal to a half-cord, full cord, etc. the person on the phone became even more rude. I don't know about firewood except that you buy it as a cord or less. He said we had wasted his time. He in turn had wasted ours. He would never give a definitive answer as to how much wood we were getting for the price. Very poor customer service. Very demeaning in his attitude toward customers. I would not recommend his business. For a company that touts about being the "oldest wood business in Reno" it seems odd they don't have any reviews."
