"Driver was polite and courteous. A little disappointed in the load. Ordered 2 cords of cedar. Haven't stacked to verify a full 2 cords yet, but looks like leftover scraps from a tree removal. Mostly small branches.alot of it is less than 12" long. You can even see a rotten root in the picture. I have been getting 2-4 cords a year from A-1 for at least 10 years. I was told there is new ownership. Expected better quality for almost $800. Update. They responded quickly and did deliver ¾ cord not 1½ to replace the twigs and sticks in a timely manner. I will use again and hopefully not have the same issue next time."
"From beginning to end, this has been a great experience. Ordering the wood over the phone was so easy. Everything was explained to me, different wood they sell prices. Questions answered with patience and friendliness. Then now, I just had the cord of wood delivered and they really impressed me. I paid for stacking, and these guys stacked it so nice and neat, they asked me if I wanted the kindling pieces, and put those away for me too. Then to top it off, they completely swept my driveway.. they left my yard looking nicer than they found it. Such professional and personable young men. 5 stars all the way, from start to finish. I'm a customer for life now. And the price was so much cheaper. What more could you want."

"I had a cord delivered this morning, WOW a cord +, and no junk wood fillers. I have to comment on such a professional, satisfying experience. I've been buying firewood for 9 years and have shopped around for the best price and product. A-1's price is reasonable and the customer service was as it should be, accommodating and sincere! Their are a lot of choices in choosing Firewood sales in Albuquerque, but none took the time to discuss specific delivery needs, and or choices. And... they were all higher priced, including attached delivery fee. I no longer feel I need to shop around, I'm a customer for life.
