"I had a cord delivered this morning, WOW a cord +, and no junk wood fillers. I have to comment on such a professional, satisfying experience. I've been buying firewood for 9 years and have shopped around for the best price and product. A-1's price is reasonable and the customer service was as it should be, accommodating and sincere! Their are a lot of choices in choosing Firewood sales in Albuquerque, but none took the time to discuss specific delivery needs, and or choices. And... they were all higher priced, including attached delivery fee. I no longer feel I need to shop around, I'm a customer for life. I definitely recommend A-1 for their wood & warmth, I got what I paid for and more! THANK YOU A-1, customer service as it should be, from start to finish & a shout out to the delivery gentleman!!!"
"I accidentally ordered the wrong bundle of wood! I was so worried I would have to purchase more product as it was 100% my mistake. I called on the morning of pickup and explained how I messed up and picked the wrong wood and wanted Mesquite instead. They quickly looked up the cost difference and offered to switch out the order to my preference no problem! The swap was done within minutes and my order ready to pick up at the same time! Truly exceptional customer service and will keep me returning for my smokers wood needs!"
