"Had my seats cleaned/detailed here today and they did an absolutely wonderful job!! They are immaculate, they smell great and they also ran my car through the wash. The only reason I’m not rating 5 stars is because the interior dash/radio and etc were dirtier (and very spotty like someone sprayed something on but forgot to wipe it off) then they were when I dropped it off. No huge deal, just slightly annoying as I seem to always have issues with the interior even when I’m just getting a wash. It’s worth noting that the management was awesome too!"
"I'm pretty good about making sure my vehicles are clean. Today I did not feel like doing my vehicle myself so I figured with the past experience with valley car wash, I'd give it a stab. Do they. Ot vacuum or even wipe any interior down anymore? For the price paid for top shelf car wash, I wont go back."
"If I could give this place less than a 1 star I would. WORST experience ever. It is so sad how badly people of color are been treated. Brought my car in to be detailed and it got wrecked. The manager (Paul claiming to be the manager of valley dairy district of Grand Forks ) who hanged up on me when we were talking on the phone because he refused to do anything about the situation, came to the location, kept swinging his hands while talking to me and told me to my face that he did not care, requested they give me a refund and let me handle my car situation on my own and walked away. I would never recommend this place to anyone."
"I came here after work at 9:15 pm and the door had a piece of paper saying “be back in 5 minutes” so I waited because I needed to get a few things to then be completely ignored by the young lady working when she came back, as she was on her phone talking to her friend about how terrible her boyfriend was. She never said a single word to me, only glared when I walked in. I would’ve understood if I was 5 minutes till closing, but i was there 45 minutes till close and was in and out in less time than it took to wait for her to unlock the doors during normal business hours. I am very disappointed in this service and hope it’s not a reoccurring problem that others had to deal with as I did not feel welcomed as a customer at all."
"Valley dairy has always been a great place to get what you need in a jiffy. Their bakery rolls are to die for. Better get them early though. They go FAST!!!!"
