"We have been going to Lee’s Firewood for 5 years and it is a well ran operation. Julia you are fantastic, this Saturday I came in our sprinter Van you were outside as there were many customers in the parking area wanting dry firewood for Winterstorm 26’. You smiled and got me squared away quickly with a large bag hardwoods that I had on order prior! Frankie our Aussie certainly enjoys the warmth!"
"Was there yesterday with a short bed truck with a cap on it. They just threw it in so the front had big gaps in it. I was there in 2024 and they sold it by the crate. I bought two and they were great. They had one guy get in to stack and it was a little over a third of a cord. I knew in my heart that one and a half wasn’t a third but I figured they do it all the time so I feel like they just wanted to move on. So they are good but don’t go when they are very busy and if you do go with an eight foot bed or take your cap off but then I would have two buy weatherstripping to put the cap back on. If you say you’re selling a third of a cord than I expected to be a third of a cord. I’d feel much better if they were just selling the crates at a certain price I live an hour and a half away from the place in South Carolina so it’s not worth going back for four days worth of wood. Oh yeah a third of a cord with tax was about $375."

"SOFA TABLE PROJECT: I bought this live edge plank from my friends at Lee's Firewood. I say My Friends, but they're everyone's friends because they are genuinely nice people who run a great business. The plank was already kilned and ready to go, so all I had to do was add a set of legs. For me, I wanted a bar height sofa table so I didn't have a lot of choices for stock legs because the live edge was more narrow on one edge. But I got lucky with a find on Amazon and completed my project. FYI, I buy a 1/2 cord of mixed hardwood from these guys every year. Go see them today and check out their beautiful wood. You won't be disappointed."
