"Unfortunately, this was a total fail. Talked to them 2-3 weeks in advance of when I needed mulch 'refreshed'. Needed it done by 6-18 (yesterday). A big job - 10 yards plus pre-emergent, etc. Said they could do it, reasonable price (about $1000), all seemed set. A few days ago I called to check in, and the phone line was disconnected. I've been texting and calling (once I got thru to the answering machine), but no response back. I know there's some personal stuff going on, but they could at least have called me back and told me they couldn't make it."

Some places split their logs into pieces way too big but I've never had to split a single log. Everything is always perfectly seasoned and they're glad to stack it wherever I like.
