"Excellent customer service and top-notch quality hardwood mulch! I reached out to Cheryl at 9 PM last night and by 7 AM Jay was at my house with a quote. The mulch was fully installed by 10 AM today! The premium hardwood mulch makes a world of difference compared to bagged mulch from a hardware store which I will not be purchasing in the future! "This was my first time buying firewood. They were super prompt and efficient and stacked the wood exactly where I needed it. Since I had never ordered wood before, I was skeptical of the quantity that was delivered. Come to find out, they were accurate in their quantity, but Jay had the guys come back and deliver more just to set my mind at ease. I was super impressed by this level of customer service. "I'm sorry, this will be a bad review. The firewood you delivered was 1) maybe half of what we expected from a photo you sent showing what we'd get, and 2) the wood is not seasoned, cured, or otherwise ready to burn. It will not fire up unless we burn thru tons of kindling and all our cardboard boxes over and over. If you're going to sell firewood, 1) give us how much we think we're paying for, and 2) give us what we pay for... something that burns as expected in our fireplace. My advice, look for another firewood provider. We certainly will."
