"I bought the manual firewood wrapper. Metal thickness is their design problem. They've told me numerous times that they would send the correct pieces. Pretty sure they're going out of business. Business line inop and so is their cell phone. They'll gladly sell you products but won't warranty their work or send correct parts. My words are harsh but so is reality. Good people don't necessarily make good business men. I wish them the best."
