"I received a free inspection from Benjamin Franklin one hour. They said the furnace was red tagged, do to the age and a crack in the heat exchange, the quote was $10-16k. After the panic was gone, I called Ron Plank who is a great man and plummer/handyman. Ron recommended Jerry from Better Air of Northfield and I received a quote which was FOUR TIMES Lower than the highest quote from Benjamin Franklin. Better Air's Jerry land Josh left my house completely installed after only 3.5hrs. All I would say is Better Air haa great customer service, courteous and reliable service! They called ahead to make sure we were comfortable and broight over 6 space heaters to heat the house. Call Better Air first! Darryl Gannon"
"I really wanted to like Better air. I have an aging geothermal unit that they are the only ones around that will service my brand. Charlie is an absolute stellar tech and I have zero complaints about him and his work. My one star rating is in regards to the sales. I am needing a new system and I had Charlie and a sales rep out in July. Charlie added refrigerant to the system due to a leaking service valve. The sales guy gathered all the information he needed to quote me a new system. When he left he said he would be in touch in a week. A month past and I didn’t hear anything. I called in and was told my quote was put on hold because my system was currently running and he got really busy. Mind you both guys agreed there were several things wrong with my system and my service valve was still leaking. So yes it was technically “running” but on band aids at this point. I reluctantly told him I understood and was asking for information regarding the gas supply they would need for the new system so I could at least have some of the prep work done for them. I told him I really wanted to get a new system installed before the end of the year, mainly for the expiring tax credit for a geo system. He said he would get back to me on the gas line information. Well here we are almost December and nothing. Not one word or shred of communication. I was fully ready to spend the $25,000-$30,000 ballpark figure I was given. Now being I’m going to miss the tax credit. I don’t think I want to spend my money at better air."
"Ben is the best! Although I called around noon, Ben was able to stop by towards the end of his workday that day and found the problem with my furnace. I had already completed some trouble-shooting so when I related that to Ben, he immediately diagnosed an issue I had not thought of and fixed it on the spot. Great attitude and quite knowledgeable."

The owner, Chad, really took the time to talk with me and listen to my needs without any pressure, and he gave me several options to consider when my A/C went out completely in June ’21. He even helped me with financing and rebates as well. The entire staff is first class at Better Air, Inc! Jon and Scott were super knowledgeable and efficient during the entire replacement of my new Lennox A/C and furnace, including the installation of my new Google Nest thermostat. Kayla and Sheri are also top notch as well in the office and are so friendly and helpful!
