"My mother highly recommended them to me when my heater wasn't working come time to turn it on this year. So I called them and they were able to come out that day. Steve fixed it as he had discovered the neighbor kid had put rocks in the outdoor vent pipe. The next day it wasn't working again and he came back within 2 hours of me calling. He dug further to find more rocks further down the pipe. He was super professional and friendly and super helpful in explaining things and answering questions. I highly recommend them and they're the only place I'll go when I need more things in the future."
"They took my call and responded, sent a plumber the same day. The plumber asked necassary questions and came to a conclusion, within minutes of being here. He worked on the issue (while using multiple different devises) and fixed the issue in a timely manner. Not to mention how many times he went up and down stair cases to get plumbing equipment, in and out, at least a dozen times. He was determined and completely understood the issue with little to no direction. I would recommend their service (over others) in a heartbeat. Call them immediately, if you have any concerns with drainage or plumbing issues. Thank you, Will."
"I had a simple change out of a tub/shower faucet, the plumber left and I had two leaks in the plumbing, and then had to have him come out a third time because he didn't install the tub spout close to the surround, or seal it or around the valve cover. I'm pretty sure he didn't install the moen installation plate too, so the plumbing is basically freestanding with no support, I have left several messages, no one calls me back from the company. Very disappointed, worst part haven't seen the bill, and I can guarantee I will not pay for the return trips needed or excess parts he used and didn't because he didn't install the included plate with Moen valve."
