"Today Ryan, Scott, and John from Phillips Lifestyles installed my new Nordic Spa and took away my old one. They arrived on time, were very courteous and expertly navigated the unique features of my property. They cleaned up after all the work. Scott was especially patient and thorough in explaining the operation of the spa, and the use of chemicals in the water. I want to also mention Rebekah, who initially “sold” me the spa. She and an associate made a special trip to my house to ensure that the spa was the correct size for my needs before placing the order."

He could've said anything was wrong with our fireplace and I wouldn't have known the difference, but thankfully, he was very honest and let me know the fix was as simple as cleaning out the blower. He had very helpful suggestions and even cleaned off the glass cover before replacing it! Excellent service!"
"March 2025- We have a 14 year old Nordic HT that started leaking, turned out to be the pump. Called Phillips and Kyle came out to access the needs ...and he also came out after the pump was ready to be installed. He was excellent in his professionalism, knowledge...answered all our questions and we appreciated his efficiency in doing everything that needed to be done to protect our investment in the tub.....Thank you Kyle and Phillips"
