"All things considered, Brian and his crew did a fantastic job. They showed up, when and where they said they would be (with 1 exception) the check cleared, and the woods was left in the condition they said it be. All in all in, exactly want what you want in a forestry outfitter. The crew were very conscientious of my land, property, and I found no cigarettes' butts anywhere (drives me nuts from contractors). I asked for a favor like starting in one area of the woods due to some other work being done, they did so, and they treated my woods respectfully. Feedback on areas to improve would be: using a smaller machine to grade and back blade after all said and done. The trails are a little too rough for my golf cart and bike, but to be expected after a 20k pound machine goes through the wood, and it was stated upfront. A little more notice when arriving would have been appreciated but they were flexible with me moving stuff around so it all worked out. Id have them back again, and would refer them to family."
"This was my 1st experience with a forestry company and it couldn't have been better. Great guys that work there and I got a great/fair deal on my trees. They are very respectful when talking with all the workers. I call it "WOW Service". You definitely know they are there to help in any way rather than just another transaction. Everything went great except for the endless rain of the Spring of 2019 and they came and fixed some ruts I had because of the rain. No one could help that. I'll definitely be calling them years from now for round 2 of cuts. I will Highly recommend them to anyone! Randy G - Cedar Springs"

"Disrespectful of neighboring property. If you live in a residential area plan on alienating all your neighbors, they start well before the sound ordinances allow and don't care if they are 50' from your home. 6:15 this morning I had 2 chainsaws outside my bedroom window. Yesterday morning there was a double semi parked directly in front of my home with the engine running for over an hour. I've tried contacting them numerous times with no response. I'm currently wheelchair bound and feel like a prisoner in my own home, it's so loud in the house I cannot use the phone or watch TV."
