"I had 2 face cords delivered this morning mine being the last load and the driver dumped the wood so fast in my driveway that the wood slammed into and dented my garage door in multiple spots. I have have never had a problem with Hackers in the past and have had wood delivered to this house for the past 30 years and NEVER had this happen before. I informed the driver and called. The girl said and I quote”that can happen and most people open their garage door” So what, you can then damage my cars in the garage??? Still waiting for a call from the owner. Needless to say, I’m not happy. Now I have dents in my garage door."
"I just had a face cord of firewood delivered. The driver was courteous and placed it right where i wanted it. I stacked it right away because I thought it looked short, but it was right on the mark. I haven't burned any yet, but so far, so good! They called in advance as promised, and their price was competitive compared to other bids."
"Firewood seems to be a bit scarce this fall yet I was able to place an order with Hacker Services last week. The order for 2 face cords arrived yesterday, was dumped exactly where we requested and the wood is EXCEPTIONAL ! The face cords were very generous and the wood is dry, clean and bug free. "Usually receive great product from Hacker, but this year when we ordered 3 face cords of hardwood all of it we've tested with our moisture meter is over 20% moisture so none of it will catch fire or burn in our high-efficiency fire place. Most disappointed...I now have 3 face cords that will need to sit in my yard for 2 years (most of it is red oak which takes forever to dry) and none to burn this winter."

Recently had 10 yd of premium cedar mulch delivered from Hacker and the mulch was so fresh and fluffy and smelled amazing it was easy to spread, the delivery person was courteous everything was 100% flawless.
